The primary obstacle was to provide a putter head design that the USGA would accept. After three design chanages, the USGA finally gave recognition to the putter.

Inspiration
The inventor has faced major medical hurdles in the past few years and realized that he could no longer repair ball marks on the greens so he set about to design a putter with a divot repair tool forged in the head. Now golfers with disabilities can repair ball marks on the greens without bending over.
